This product may cause skin irritation (H315) and serious eye irritation (H319). Therefore, safety operating procedures must be strictly followed throughout the entire process, and negligence must be avoided. Although this product is not flammable, it may decompose under heat in a fire to produce irritating or toxic gases, requiring special attention during firefighting.
In addition to the risk of irritation, this product has both nonionic and weakly cationic properties, which may have adverse effects on the aquatic environment. During operation, prevent the material from entering sewers, waterways, or soil. All waste must be disposed of in accordance with local\/regional\/national\/international regulations (P501) and must not be discharged arbitrarily.
Personal Protection: Before operation, wear chemical safety goggles, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and protective shoes (P280). It is recommended to operate in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling vapors or mists. Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the workplace. After work, thoroughly wash exposed skin areas (including hands, forearms, and face) with plenty of water (P264).
First Aid Treatment: In case of skin contact, immediately remove contaminated clothing and rinse skin with plenty of running water and soap for at least 15 minutes (P302+P352). Seek medical attention if irritation or discomfort occurs. In case of eye contact, immediately lift eyelids and rinse with plenty of running water or saline solution for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present before rinsing (P305+P351+P338), and seek medical attention as soon as possible. If inhaled, move to fresh air immediately and keep the airway clear. If ingested, rinse mouth with water and do not induce vomiting; seek medical attention immediately.
This product should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated dedicated warehouse. Keep containers tightly closed to prevent moisture and contamination. The recommended storage temperature is 5 to 35°C, avoiding freezing or overheating. Keep away from ignition sources, heat sources, and direct sunlight. Store separately from strong oxidizers, strong acids, and food-grade chemicals; do not mix storage. The storage area should be equipped with appropriate spill collection and emergency response equipment.
For small spills, cover with inert absorbent material (e.g., sand, vermiculite) and collect in a closed container for safe disposal. For large spills, dike and contain, then pump into a dedicated collection container. For firefighting, use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical, or carbon dioxide. Firefighters must wear self-contained positive-pressure breathing apparatus and full-body protective clothing.
