Textile Printing and Dyeing Auxiliaries: Used as a core raw material for high-performance high-temperature leveling agents and antistatic agents, suitable for dyeing synthetic fibers such as acrylic and polyester. The migration and retardation properties of AC-1815 can effectively reduce dyeing defects like color spots and color differences, while eliminating static electricity buildup during spinning and weaving. It is recommended to be used as the main surfactant component in leveling agent formulations.
2. Metalworking Fluids: Serves as an efficient emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor in emulsified oils, semi-synthetic, and fully synthetic metalworking fluids. Its cationic properties can form a firm oriented adsorption protective film on metal surfaces, effectively isolating moisture and oxygen, providing excellent rust inhibition and corrosion protection for various metals such as steel, iron, copper, and aluminum. It is recommended for use in cutting fluid and grinding fluid formulations.
