Antistatic Agent MOA3PK-70 (CAS: 39322-78-6), full name fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (3) ether phosphate potassium salt, produced by Haian Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd. This product is an anionic surfactant, appearing as a light yellow to yellow transparent liquid with an active content ≥70%. Its molecular structure contains hydrophilic phosphate potassium salt groups and lipophilic fatty alcohol alkyl chains, endowing the product with excellent antistatic performance and broad resin compatibility.
MOA3PK-70 can significantly reduce the surface resistance of materials at low addition levels, rapidly dissipate electrostatic charge accumulation, and prevent dust attraction, adhesion, and discharge phenomena caused by static electricity. Additionally, the product exhibits outstanding emulsifying and wetting properties, good stability against acids, alkalis, and hard water, maintaining chemical stability over a wide pH range. The liquid form facilitates precise metering and uniform dispersion.

1. Internal Antistatic Modification of Plastics: Suitable for injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), ABS resin, and soft PVC. It is recommended to add through compounding to impart long-lasting, wash-resistant antistatic effect to the product. The reference dosage depends on the resin type and target surface resistivity, typically 0.5%~3.0%.
2. Synthetic Fiber Spinning Oils: As a core component in spinning and post-processing oils for synthetic fibers such as polyester (PET), nylon (PA), and polypropylene (PP), providing antistatic, smoothing, and cohesion properties, effectively reducing filament breakage and fly waste, improving spinnability. It can be used in combination with other emulsifiers and smoothing agents.
3. Coatings and Printing Inks: Added as a functional antistatic additive to coating systems to inhibit static adsorption on the film surface and reduce electrostatic interference during printing. The addition amount is usually 1%~5% of the total formula, can be pre-dispersed before addition.
