Quick T-70B (Sodium Dioctyl Sulfosuccinate) is a high-efficiency anionic surfactant, a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid at room temperature, very soluble in water. This product has extremely strong penetrating power (≤5 seconds), a critical micelle concentration (CMC) of 0.68 g/L, surface tension as low as ≤30 mN/m, and excellent stability against acid, alkali, and hard water, so it can be used directly in a wide range of pH and hard water environments.
When using, generally avoid prolonged treatment at high temperature or under strong mechanical shear. Slowly add the product into the aqueous phase while stirring to quickly disperse and dissolve. Since it is a viscous liquid, fluidity decreases at low temperatures in winter. It is recommended to store the material at 15~35°C before use, or pre-warm it with warm water to ensure accurate measurement and uniform dispersion. This product has low foam and is suitable for equipment environments using circulating pumps or spray, avoiding operational issues caused by foam.
This product is compatible with non-ionic, anionic, and other additives, but when compounding with cationic surfactants or high-concentration electrolytes, compatibility tests are recommended in advance. In processes that require mixing with powder raw materials (such as wettable powders, dry cleaning powders), Quick T-70B can be first adsorbed onto a carrier or added by post-spraying.
