| Application Industry | Specific Process/Use | Core Function |
|---|---|---|
| Plastics and Chemical Fiber Industry | Internal additive antistatic agent, suitable for PE, PP, PS, and synthetic fiber production and processing | Reduce surface resistance, prevent static accumulation and dust adhesion |
| Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry | Leveling agent, softener intermediate, suitable for finishing of cotton, wool, synthetic fibers and blended fabrics | Improve dye penetration uniformity, impart soft and fluffy hand feel, reduce color spots |
| Daily Chemical Industry | Conditioning agent and cream emulsifier in formulations such as shampoos, conditioners, and body washes | Improve wet combing smoothness, provide emulsion stability, adsorb on hair and skin surfaces |
| Industrial Auxiliaries | Pesticide emulsifiable concentrates, coatings, inks, industrial cleaning, leather processing | Emulsify oil phase components, disperse pigments and solid particles, prevent sedimentation and stratification |
| Metalworking Fluids | Emulsifying and corrosion-inhibiting components in cutting fluids, grinding fluids, and rolling fluids | Emulsify lubrication, assist corrosion inhibition, extend service life of processing fluids |
| Mineral Processing | Collector or auxiliary collector for non-metallic minerals such as phosphate rock and potash salt flotation | Amine group selectively adsorbs on mineral surfaces, enhance hydrophobicity and bubble attachment |
| Oil Field Auxiliaries | Formulation of demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors for oil production and pipeline transportation | Promote oil-water separation of crude oil emulsions, protect pipeline equipment |
AC-1802 is non-ionic in neutral and alkaline environments, with excellent chemical compatibility; under acidic conditions, the amine group protonates to become cationic, which significantly enhances its adsorption capacity on negatively charged substrates (such as fibers, mineral surfaces, and polymers). This convertible characteristic enables it to perform emulsifying, dispersing, antistatic, and conditioning functions under different process conditions.
