When using AC-1810, since it is a light yellow to yellow waxy solid at room temperature (melting point 40~50°C), the first step is to heat and melt it. It is recommended to place the packaging container in a warm water bath or a jacketed heated container, and slowly heat until the material is completely liquefied. Do not use an open flame for direct heating. After liquefaction, it can be accurately weighed according to the formula, and slowly added to the preheated working solution or oil phase under stirring to ensure uniform dispersion. If the formula allows, AC-1810 can also be prepared into a 10%~20% hot water solution as a mother liquor for more convenient operation.

For different application scenarios, the timing and method of addition vary slightly: In textile dyeing leveling agent formulations, the molten AC-1810 is usually compounded with hot water and other surfactants and then added to the dye bath. The recommended concentration is adjusted according to the dye type and dyeing process, generally at a dosage of 0.5~2 g/L in the bath; when used in pesticide emulsifiable concentrates or microemulsions, it is often dissolved in the oil phase (such as xylene, solvent oil), mixed evenly with the pesticide technical and other emulsifiers, and then added to water to spontaneously emulsify and form a stable emulsion; as an emulsifying solubilizer in daily chemicals, it is first melted and mixed with oil phase components at 50~60°C, and then added to the water phase under homogenizing stirring to form a fine and stable cream or lotion.

In industrial applications such as metalworking fluids, petroleum demulsifiers, or plastic antistatic agents, it can be directly mixed with the main components of the formulation.
