Also check whether the addition order of oil and water phases, stirring speed, and temperature conditions are appropriate; it is usually recommended to perform emulsification at 40～60°C.
Problem 2: Turbidity or precipitation occurs when compounded with other surfactants. S-185/O-5 is a nonionic fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether with good compatibility with anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants. If abnormalities occur, check whether the ionic type of the compounding components and pH value are within reasonable ranges (this product is acid- and alkali-resistant), and whether the addition order is appropriate. Problem 3: Skin or eye contact with the product causes irritation. Immediately handle according to the first aid measures in the safety instructions: for skin contact, wash with plenty of running water and soap; for eye contact, rinse with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes; if irritation persists, seek medical attention immediately.
Problem 4: The product changes in state after storage. The appearance of this product is a white to light yellow paste. The storage temperature should be kept between 5～40°C, away from direct sunlight. Low temperatures may cause the product to thicken or solidify, which is normal. Before use, place it at room temperature to naturally warm up and stir evenly; this does not affect product performance.

In case of leakage during use, immediately adsorb and collect with inert materials such as sand, vermiculite, and dispose of through qualified waste treatment agencies in accordance with local regulations.
