MOA-3 (AEO-3) is classified with the GHS07 pictogram (exclamation mark) and the signal word "Warning". Its main hazards include: skin irritation (H315), serious eye irritation (H319), and harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects (H412). Although it is not highly toxic or strongly corrosive, safety regulations must be strictly followed during industrial handling to prevent personal injury and environmental pollution caused by contact or leakage.
In routine operations, operators must wear certified chemical safety goggles or protective glasses, chemically resistant gloves (e.g., nitrile rubber gloves), and appropriate protective clothing. The work area should be well-ventilated; if necessary, wear a respirator to avoid inhaling vapors or mists. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited during work. Hands and exposed skin should be thoroughly washed after handling. Contaminated clothing must be washed before reuse.
Product storage conditions are also critical: store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated dedicated warehouse, keep containers tightly closed, and maintain storage temperature between 5°C and 35°C. Avoid freezing and high temperatures. Keep away from ignition sources, heat sources, and direct sunlight. Do not store with strong oxidizers, strong acids, or strong alkalis. Provide containment facilities (such as trays or dikes) in the storage area to prevent product from entering drains or natural water bodies. Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened product is one year from the date of manufacture.

Skin Contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing and rinse skin with plenty of water and soap or a mild detergent for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists or redness or pain occurs, seek medical attention immediately.
Eye Contact: Immediately hold eyelids open and rinse thoroughly with plenty of running water or saline for at least 15 minutes. If wearing contact lenses, remove them after 5 minutes of rinsing and continue rinsing. Ensure water flows from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Seek immediate medical attention without delay.
Inhalation: Quickly move the affected person to fresh air, keep the airway clear, and loosen tight clothing. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If breathing stops, perform artificial respiration immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention promptly.
Ingestion: Immediately rinse the mouth with water. Do NOT induce vomiting. If the person is conscious, give a small amount of water or milk to dilute stomach contents. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Immediately seek medical attention, bringing the product label and container.
In case of a spill, immediately isolate the spill area, cover and collect the spill with inert absorbent materials (e.g., sand, vermiculite, diatomaceous earth), and place in a closed container for disposal as hazardous waste. Flush the spill area with plenty of water, but avoid letting flushing water enter drains or water bodies. For large spills, construct dikes to contain the spread. For firefighting, suitable extinguishing media include water spray, dry powder, carbon dioxide, and alcohol-resistant foam. Firefighters must wear self-contained positive-pressure breathing apparatus and full protective clothing. Avoid allowing firefighting water to enter drains or natural water bodies.
