MOA-3 (AEO-3), chemically fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (3) ether (CAS 68439-50-9), is a low-HLB nonionic surfactant serving as a key raw material for AES (alkyl ether sulfate) production. It provides mild foaming and cleansing power for shampoo and body wash, and is also used in textile scouring, leather degreasing, metal cleaning and emulsion polymerization with high-efficiency penetrating, emulsifying and soil-removing capabilities. MOA/AEO Ethoxylate Applications

  • Textile pretreatment: Wetting, scouring and penetrating. Dosage: 0.5-3g/L.
  • Industrial and metal cleaning: Degreasing and hard surface cleaning. Dosage: 2%-8%.
  • Synthetic fiber oil: Lubrication and antistatic. Dosage: 0.1%-0.5%.
  • Pesticide formulations: Co-emulsifier in EC and EW. Dosage: 3%-8%.
  • Household detergents: Emulsifying and wetting component. Dosage: 1%-5%.
