The product appears as a white to light yellow paste or solid, with consistency varying with temperature changes. It has high active matter content (≥99%), is readily soluble in water, is chemically stable at room temperature, and exhibits excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and hard water.
In terms of surface activity, OP-21 has an HLB value of up to 16, making it a highly hydrophilic emulsifier.
