Recommended usage of OP-30 in different application scenarios: In emulsion polymerization, the recommended dosage is 1% to 4% of the total monomer weight. It can be used alone or compounded with anionic emulsifiers to obtain better particle size and stability. In pesticide emulsifiable concentrates, the typical dosage is 5% to 15% of the total formulation weight. Compounding with anionic emulsifiers (such as calcium salts) yields better results.
