Penetrant JFC-1 has mild skin irritation (GHS classification: Skin Irritant Category 2) and mild eye irritation (GHS classification: Eye Irritant Category 2B). During operation, splash-proof safety goggles or face shields must be worn to avoid direct eye contact; chemically resistant protective gloves (e.g., nitrile rubber, neoprene) should be used, and hands should be washed promptly after operation. Normally, no special respiratory protection is required, but if the operating environment generates aerosols or heating produces vapors, a respirator with a combined organic vapor/particulate filter should be worn. It is recommended to wear ordinary work clothes or protective clothing. In case of splash risk, wear an impermeable apron.
The workplace should maintain good ventilation, and local exhaust ventilation should be used if necessary. Avoid splashing, aerosols, and mist during operation. Avoid skin and eye contact. After operation, thoroughly wash exposed areas. Containers should be immediately sealed after use. Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the workplace to prevent accidental ingestion. In addition, avoid contact with strong oxidizers and strong reducing agents to prevent violent reactions. Although the product has a high flash point and is not flammable, it should still be kept away from open flames and high heat sources to prevent product decomposition or the generation of harmful vapors.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, with an ideal storage temperature of 5 to 40°C. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme low temperatures, as this may cause gelation or precipitation; also avoid high temperatures. Containers should be kept sealed to prevent moisture absorption or contamination. Containers made of stainless steel, polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP) and other materials are recommended. The product should be stored away from food, beverages, and animal feed, and should not be mixed with strong acids, strong bases, or strong oxidizers. It is recommended to equip the storage area with leak-proof trays or secondary containment facilities.

Skin contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly with plenty of running water and soap for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention immediately.
Eye contact: Lift the eyelids and rinse slowly with plenty of running water or saline solution for at least 15 minutes. Do not rub. If wearing contact lenses, remove them quickly and seek professional medical evaluation immediately.
Inhalation: Move the patient to fresh air and keep the airway clear. If coughing, chest tightness, or other discomfort occurs, seek medical attention promptly.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water, immediately drink 1-2 glasses of water to dilute. If the patient is unconscious or vomiting, keep the head low to prevent aspiration and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Spill handling: Small spills: adsorb with sand, vermiculite, or universal absorbent pads, collect in a sealed container and dispose of according to regulations. Large spills: contain the source, dike, and transfer using an explosion-proof pump to prevent entry into waterways or drainage systems.
