Penetrant JFC-1 is a non-hazardous substance with a high flash point and is not flammable, making storage and transportation under normal conditions safe and controllable. However, this does not mean it can be stored arbitrarily—proper storage methods ensure long-term stability of product performance and prevent deterioration, gelation, or reduced efficacy due to improper storage.
The storage environment should be cool, dry, and well-ventilated. Avoid prolonged exposure to extremely low temperatures (which may cause gelation or precipitation), as well as high temperatures, to prevent product decomposition or generation of harmful vapors. It is recommended to equip the warehouse with leak-proof trays or secondary containment devices to handle potential accidental spills.
This product must be stored separately from food, beverages, and animal feed, and avoid mixing with strong acids, strong bases, and strong oxidizing agents. Containers should preferably be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), or polypropylene (PP). After each use, the container should be immediately closed to prevent moisture absorption or contamination by foreign substances.

When storing in industrial production sites, it is recommended to designate a specific chemical storage area with clear labeling, and avoid mixing with other chemicals. Users in low-temperature regions during winter should pay special attention to antifreeze measures—if the product becomes gelled or precipitated due to low temperature, it can usually be restored by allowing it to return to room temperature and stirring appropriately, generally without affecting performance. However, repeated freeze-thaw cycles may adversely affect product stability and should be avoided as much as possible.
