This product appears as a colorless to slightly yellow liquid or paste, with a melting point <-10°C, liquid at room temperature, viscosity about 120-150 mPa·s, density about 1.06 g/cm³. It is easily soluble in water, with a pH value of 5.0~7.0 for a 1% aqueous solution, neutral to weakly acidic, and has good compatibility and chemical stability with acids, alkalis, and hard water.
