When problems occur during the use of Rapid Penetrant T-70E (Wetting Agent OT), it is first necessary to determine the nature of the problem. If it is a safety emergency (such as skin contact, eye contact, spillage, etc.), immediate action must be taken according to the emergency measures in the product SDS document: For skin contact, rinse with plenty of running water and soap for at least 15 minutes; for eye contact, hold the eyelids open and rinse continuously with running water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention as soon as possible; for spills, cover with inert absorbent material and collect, preventing entry into drains and surface water bodies. After the on-site situation is under control, then troubleshoot technical issues.
If it is a process or technical issue, such as insufficient penetration, unsatisfactory wetting effect, poor compatibility, precipitation or stratification, it is recommended to conduct self-inspection from the following aspects: ① Confirm whether the product is stored correctly at 5°C to 35°C, without freezing or high-temperature deterioration; ② Check if the water hardness in the preparation of the working solution is high; although this product has good hard water resistance, extreme water quality may still affect performance; ③ Verify if incompatible substances such as strong acids, strong bases, or strong oxidizers are mixed into the formulation; ④ Confirm whether the dosage is within the recommended range, as over- or under-dosing may cause abnormal effects.
If the problem persists after self-inspection, it is recommended to contact the technical team of Hai'an County Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd. for professional support. Before contacting, please prepare the following information to quickly identify the problem: batch number, purchase date, storage conditions, detailed description of the problem phenomenon (preferably with photos or videos), usage formula and process parameters (such as concentration, temperature, pH value, auxiliary additives, etc.).
Do not blindly adjust the dosage or arbitrarily mix with other auxiliaries without identifying the cause, as this may worsen the problem. All product-related waste (including contaminated packaging) must be disposed of by qualified agencies in accordance with hazardous waste regulations, and must not be discarded arbitrarily. This product is harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects (H412); spills or waste disposal must strictly comply with environmental regulations.
