High-content rapid penetrant T-75A (sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate) is a highly active anionic surfactant with high active matter content. Before use, it should be reasonably diluted or directly metered and added according to the specific application scenario. Therefore, the usage methods in various industries revolve around "full dispersion and uniform contact."
This product has suitable liquid viscosity for easy pumping and metering. In automated production lines, it can be directly added to the working solution via metering pump. For small-scale operations or manual addition, it is recommended to pre-dilute the product 5 to 10 times with the system liquid, then add slowly under stirring to ensure rapid and uniform dispersion, avoiding local high concentrations that may affect performance.
Since T-75A remains stable over a wide pH range and is resistant to hard water and electrolytes, it can be compounded with anionic, nonionic, and some cationic systems. When compounding with other surfactants, it is recommended to dilute each separately before mixing to achieve optimal synergistic effects.

Dilution Operation: T-75A is a high-content product. It is recommended to slowly add the product to water (not the reverse) under stirring to facilitate rapid dispersion. If compounding with other auxiliaries, first conduct a compatibility test to confirm no precipitation or layering before formal use.
Optimal pH Range: This product performs best under neutral to slightly alkaline conditions (pH 5~10). If the process conditions deviate from this range, it is recommended to verify the penetration effect through small-scale trials before determining the dosage.
Temperature Conditions: T-75A exhibits excellent penetrating ability from room temperature up to 80°C. Higher temperatures can further increase penetration rate, but the actual working temperature should be determined according to process requirements.
