Proper storage conditions are crucial for maintaining the product's chemical stability, color, and performance.
The storage environment for PPG-200 should be a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, with an ideal temperature range of 5–35°C. Too low a temperature may cause a significant increase in viscosity or even solidification, affecting usability; too high a temperature may accelerate oxidation and color darkening. Meanwhile, the warehouse must be kept away from fire sources, heat sources, and strong oxidizing agents to eliminate potential fire or chemical reaction risks.
Once opened, the product should be used as soon as possible. Any unused portion must be immediately resealed. If the product has been stored for more than 24 months from the production date, it is recommended to reinspect it before use and only continue using if all indicators are satisfactory. Empty containers may contain residual product vapors or liquids and should be disposed of properly according to local regulations, not discarded arbitrarily or drained into sewers.

When dispensing the product, use clean and dry tools to avoid introducing moisture and impurities that contaminate the remaining material in the drum. If the product exhibits abnormal cloudiness, stratification, or a significant color deepening, stop using it immediately and perform a quality reinspection.
