Peregal O-10 is a nonionic surfactant (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether), used as a chemical fiber oil agent, industrial emulsifier and household detergent.
Peregal O-10, chemically fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (10) ether (CAS 68439-49-6), is a medium-HLB nonionic surfactant with excellent emulsifying, penetrating, leveling and dispersing functions. It is suitable for textile dyeing, industrial laundry, home care and pesticide formulations, providing precise efficiency enhancement across multiple fields with stable and reliable performance.
Performance Features
Excellent emulsifying power: With an HLB of approximately 12.5, it effectively forms stable O/W emulsions for various oil types.
Good wetting and penetrating: Rapidly wets fabric surfaces and penetrates fiber structures, improving treatment efficiency.
Effective detergency: Provides good soil removal in both industrial and household cleaning applications.
Leveling and dispersing: Promotes even dye distribution and prevents dye aggregation in textile dyeing processes.
Broad compatibility: Works well with anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants for versatile formulations.
Application Guidelines
Textile Dyeing Leveling Agent: Add 0.1%-0.5% to the dyebath at the start of the dyeing cycle to ensure even dye uptake.
Chemical Fiber Oil Agent: Use at 0.2%-1% in spinning oil formulations to provide lubricity and antistatic properties.
Industrial and Household Detergent: Formulate at 1%-5% with anionic surfactants and builders for effective cleaning performance.
Pesticide Emulsifier: Blend at 3%-10% as a co-emulsifier in EC and EW formulations for improved emulsion stability.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 50kg plastic drum, 200kg plastic drum, or IBC tote.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 24 months under recommended conditions.
