Antistatic agent MOA3PK-40 (CAS No.: 39322-78-6), chemical name: fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate potassium salt, commonly known as alcohol ether phosphate potassium salt or polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether phosphate potassium salt, is an anionic special surfactant produced by Haian Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd. The product appears as a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with a pH value between 6.0 and 8.0 (1% aqueous solution, 25°C), and is a non-flammable liquid with a flash point greater than 100°C.
The core advantage of this product lies in its excellent static elimination efficiency — a low addition level can achieve long-term antistatic effects. Meanwhile, MOA3PK-40 possesses good emulsifying and wetting properties, ensuring uniform dispersion in various substrates. Its outstanding chemical stability makes it resistant to acids, alkalis, and hard water, with good processing adaptability and excellent compatibility with a variety of polymers and organic systems. The application process is also relatively simple, suitable for internal blending or surface treatment.
The working mechanism of MOA3PK-40 is to form continuous ionic conductive channels inside the polymer material, effectively reducing surface resistivity by constructing a conductive molecular layer on the product surface, thereby achieving rapid static dissipation and preventing dust adsorption and static accumulation.
