Detergent AR-815 is a high-efficiency surfactant product produced by Haian Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd. It is scientifically compounded from sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate (anionic) and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (nonionic). This product combines the strong detergency of anionic surfactants and the excellent emulsifying and dispersing ability of nonionic surfactants, and their synergistic effect makes it perform excellently in the field of textile printing and dyeing pretreatment.

The product appears as a light yellow to yellow viscous liquid with good fluidity and water solubility. Its core advantages are: it has a strong ability to penetrate, strip, and remove various oil contaminants such as spinning oil, weaving oil stains, and waxes; it can stably emulsify and disperse hydrophobic substances such as oils and waxes in the working fluid, effectively preventing re-contamination of the fabric; it maintains the stability of active ingredients without decomposition in alkaline process media such as desizing and scouring; it does not produce calcium and magnesium soap precipitates under hard water conditions, continuously achieving ideal cleaning effects; it has a high cloud point, does not separate or stratify in high-temperature processes, and remains stable throughout.

This product is widely used in the scouring and soaping of polyester and its blended fabrics, desizing of cotton, linen, and their blended products, and oil removal and cleaning in the pretreatment of various textiles before printing and dyeing. It can also be extended to industrial cleaning fields such as degreasing of metal parts, degreasing of leather raw materials, cleaning of plastics and composite materials, and equipment cleaning in the printing ink industry.

Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry (Main Application):

  • Scouring and Soaping: Suitable for pretreatment of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon and their blended fabrics, effectively removing spinning oil and weaving oil stains, laying a uniform foundation for subsequent dyeing and printing.

  • Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Recommended temperature: 5°C to 30°C. Keep container tightly closed, away from heat sources and strong acids/oxidizers.
