Detergent AR-815 is a high-efficiency surfactant product compounded with sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. Its HLB value is 13.5, the active content is not less than 30%, and the appearance is a light yellow transparent viscous liquid. Due to its easy solubility in water and low-foam characteristics, it can be directly dissolved in water to prepare the working solution without pre-emulsification or special dissolving equipment. Under alkaline process conditions (can withstand NaOH concentration up to 200g/L), this product still maintains excellent chemical stability, making it very suitable for desizing, scouring, and other alkaline media environments.
As an anionic/nonionic compounded product, Detergent AR-815 combines the strong cleaning power of anionic surfactants with the advantages of nonionic surfactants such as hard water resistance and high-temperature stability. The pH value of its 1% aqueous solution is between 7.0 and 9.0, and the penetration power does not exceed 30 seconds. It can penetrate deep into fiber gaps in a short time and quickly remove oil, wax, and size residues. It does not produce precipitation when used in hard water, has a high cloud point, and does not separate or stratify under high-temperature conditions, ensuring stable cleaning performance throughout the process.

Based on the application data of Guoli Chemical and general industry experience, the recommended dosage of Detergent AR-815 in different processes is as follows (the following are general reference ranges, and the actual dosage should be determined through laboratory tests):
Safety Protection: This product may cause skin irritation (H315) and serious eye irritation (H319). When handling, be sure to wear chemical safety goggles and nitrile or neoprene gloves; if there is a risk of splashing, wear a protective mask. After work, thoroughly wash hands and exposed skin.
Dissolving Method: First, add the predetermined amount of water to the container, then slowly add the required amount of Detergent AR-815 under stirring, and stir until completely and uniformly dissolved. Avoid adding it directly to the fabric or workpiece in high concentration to prevent white spots or residues caused by local over-concentration.
Compatibility: This product is an anionic/nonionic compounded system and can be used with conventional anionic and nonionic auxiliaries as well as alkalis and chelating agents. However, it should not be used in the same bath with cationic auxiliaries to avoid precipitation or antagonistic effects. Before large-scale production, a small-scale compatibility test is recommended.
Environmental Disposal: This product is harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects (H412). The waste liquor containing this product must not be discharged directly into water bodies or sewers. It should be treated in accordance with local environmental regulations before discharge.
Storage Conditions: Recommended storage temperature is 5°C to 30°C. Keep the container tightly closed, away from heat sources and strong oxidizers. This product is hygroscopic; after opening, use it as soon as possible and seal it for storage.
Note: The above dosages are general industry recommendations. The optimal dosage should be determined through small-scale tests based on actual process conditions, equipment type, and the object to be treated. For detailed technical information, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
