Detergent AR-815 (also known as: low-foam detergent AR-815, AR-815 low-foam detergent, detergent AR815) is a compounded surfactant product produced by Haian Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd. Its core components include sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate (anionic) and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (non-ionic). Through scientific compounding, the synergistic effect of the two ionic types of surfactants is achieved, making the product excellent in cleaning power, emulsifying dispersion, alkali resistance and hard water resistance.
The product appearance is light yellow to yellow viscous liquid, with good fluidity and water solubility. Application Suggestions
In the pre-treatment process of printing and dyeing, it is recommended to adjust the dosage according to the oil content of the fabric and process requirements. Under general bath ratio conditions, the recommended dosage is 1~3g\/L (specific dosage should be determined by actual process tests). In metal degreasing applications, it can be used in combination with alkaline auxiliaries to enhance cleaning effect, with recommended working liquid temperature of 40~80°C. In leather degreasing processes, the dosage is usually 0.5%~2% of the hide weight.
Its low-foam characteristic makes it particularly suitable for process conditions prone to foam generation such as spray cleaning and mechanical stirring, easy to rinse, saving water and time. When used in hard water areas, no additional chelating agent is needed; the product itself has excellent calcium and magnesium ion tolerance.
Precautions
- Skin protection: This product may cause skin irritation (GHS Category 2). Wear nitrile or chloroprene rubber protective gloves during operation, and thoroughly wash hands and exposed parts after work.
- Eye protection: May cause serious eye irritation (GHS Category 2A). Chemical safety goggles must be worn during operation, and face shields must be worn when there is a risk of splashing.
- Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, recommended temperature 5°C to 30°C, keep containers tightly closed, away from heat sources, sparks and open flames.
- Environmental requirements: Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects (H412). Do not discharge directly into water bodies, soil or sewers. Waste disposal must comply with local environmental regulations.
