Detergent AR-815 is an anionic/nonionic surfactant product compounded from sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. It is classified under GHS as Skin Irritation Category 2 and Serious Eye Irritation Category 2A. Improper protection during operation may cause skin redness, itching, and other irritation reactions, while splashing into the eyes can lead to severe discomfort and damage. Therefore, personal protection is the primary prerequisite for using this product.
This product has long-term and persistent hazards to aquatic life (H412). It is strictly prohibited to discharge untreated waste liquid directly into rivers, lakes, soil, or sewer systems. Waste disposal must strictly comply with local environmental regulations. For spills, collect with inert materials such as sand or vermiculite, seal tightly, and hand over to qualified institutions for disposal.
In addition, although the product is not flammable, it should be kept away from heat sources, sparks, and open flames. It has excellent alkali resistance and hard water resistance, as well as a high cloud point, ensuring it does not precipitate or separate under high-temperature process conditions. However, it is still recommended to store the product within the range of 5°C to 30°C to ensure long-term stability.

Detergent AR-815 is widely used in scouring and soaping of polyester and its blended fabrics, desizing of cotton and linen, degreasing of metal parts, and degreasing of raw leather hides. It exhibits excellent stability in alkaline process media (such as desizing and scouring processes), and its low-foaming characteristic provides significant advantages during rinsing, effectively simplifying processes and reducing water consumption.
It is recommended to add according to specific process requirements and working fluid ratios. Generally, the dosage for pretreatment in textile printing and dyeing is 0.5%~3% of the working fluid. The specific dosage should be determined through small-scale tests based on actual oil contamination levels and process conditions. Using the product at high temperatures can better leverage its high cloud point and non-separation properties.
