Detergent AR-815 is an anionic/nonionic surfactant compounded from sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, specifically designed for pretreatment processes in textile printing and dyeing. According to the Guoli Chemical product database, its applications cover four major industries and more than ten specific processes, combining efficient cleaning, emulsification, dispersion, and alkali stability.
In the textile printing and dyeing industry, this product is used for pretreatment cleaning and scouring of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon and their blended fabrics, efficiently removing spinning oils and weaving soils. It also has integrated desizing and degreasing capabilities, suitable for starch, PVA, and mixed size systems. In the soaping process after dyeing/printing, it removes unfixed dyes, improving color fastness and hand feel.
In metal processing, leather processing, and other industrial cleaning fields, this product can replace traditional organic solvents for metal parts degreasing, deep degreasing of raw hides, cleaning of plastics and composite materials, and cleaning of printing ink equipment. It is low-foaming and easy to rinse, performing excellently at room temperature or with heating.

In the textile printing and dyeing field, the recommended dosage should be adjusted according to the bath ratio and fabric type. In the pretreatment scouring process, it can be used together with alkali agents. In the desizing process, it can be compounded with nonionic penetrants to enhance the effect. For metal degreasing, it is recommended to control the working solution temperature at 40~70°C for optimal cleaning efficiency. Its low-foaming property is especially suitable for spray cleaning systems. For leather degreasing, it is recommended to add in steps: first pre-degreasing and then main degreasing for better oil removal rate.
