L-62 Poloxamer (Poloxamer 182, CAS No.: 9003-11-6) is synthesized by block copolymerization of ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO) in a precise ratio, with an average molecular weight of approximately 2500 and a general molecular formula of HO(C₂H₄O)a(C₃H₆O)b(C₂H₄O)aH. Its unique EO-PO-EO three-block structure endows the product with excellent low-foaming wetting and dispersing properties. With an HLB value of about 7, it is amphiphilic, dispersible in water, and readily soluble in organic solvents.
