In terms of toxicology, MOA-9P has low acute toxicity (rat oral LD₅₀ > 2000 mg/kg), and no skin sensitization was observed in the guinea pig maximization test; it is not a sensitizer. Environmentally, this product has low toxicity to aquatic organisms (zebrafish 96-hour LC₅₀ > 100 mg/L), and its 28-day biodegradation rate exceeds 80% (OECD 301B test method), making it readily biodegradable.
