High-temperature penetrating agent JFC-M appears as a light yellow to yellow transparent liquid, belonging to the nonionic surfactant category. Its core advantages lie in rapid penetration and excellent wetting properties. The standard canvas sedimentation method test shows a penetration time of ≤5 seconds, maintaining stable penetration performance under complex conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, acid-base environments, and hard water. This product has good chemical stability, low foam characteristics facilitating subsequent cleaning processes, and excellent compatibility with various anionic, cationic, and nonionic auxiliaries.
From a molecular structure perspective, JFC-M is synthesized by the addition polymerization of isotridecyl alcohol and ethylene oxide (n≈6), with a molecular weight of about 450. The branched chain structure of isotridecyl gives it a low pour point and good fluidity, making it easy to handle even under low-temperature conditions. Meanwhile, the moderate ethylene oxide addition number gives the product a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value of 10~12, allowing it to effectively reduce surface tension (28~32 mN/m) in aqueous solutions and provide good wetting and spreading effects on fiber and metal surfaces. Its critical micelle concentration (CMC) is only 0.005%~0.01%, meaning an extremely low dosage can achieve excellent penetration and emulsification effects.
In terms of safety, high-temperature penetrating agent JFC-M is classified as a non-hazardous chemical, with low acute oral toxicity (LD₅₀ > 2000 mg/kg), but it is moderately irritating to the eyes. It is recommended to wear chemical safety goggles when handling. The product is strictly prohibited from use in food, pharmaceuticals, and areas involving direct human contact. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from strong oxidants. Recommended packaging materials include stainless steel, polyethylene, or carbon steel lined with epoxy resin.
