High-temperature penetrant JFC-M (Isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether) is widely used in textile printing and dyeing, leather processing, papermaking, metal cleaning and other industries due to its excellent penetration and wetting properties. This product can be directly weighed and added to water or working solution without special pretreatment, and it can be quickly dispersed and dissolved under stirring conditions. As a nonionic product, it can be used in combination with anionic, cationic and amphoteric auxiliaries, with good compatibility.

In practical applications, it is recommended to pre-mix this product with a small amount of warm water (40~50°C) and stir well before adding to the main working solution, which can accelerate dissolution and ensure uniform dispersion. For high temperature and high pressure dyeing processes, this product maintains stable penetration performance below 130°C, with a cloud point as high as 85~95°C, ensuring no precipitation or layering under high temperature conditions. Its low foaming property makes it particularly suitable for equipment processes sensitive to foam, such as jet dyeing and overflow dyeing.

The product has outstanding alkali resistance and can function stably in high alkali environments with a NaOH concentration of 200g/L, making it suitable for desizing, scouring, and bleaching processes in cotton fabric pretreatment. It is also stable under acidic conditions and can be used in acid washing processes. Hard water does not affect the penetration effect, so no additional chelating agent is required.

Application suggestions

1. Textile printing and dyeing high temperature and high pressure dyeing: Recommended dosage 0.3~0.8 g/L (relative to dye bath). Heat to 110~130°C for dyeing holding time, which can significantly improve dye uptake and levelness. Suitable for cheese dyeing, hank dyeing, polyester-cotton blended fabrics, etc.

2. Textile pretreatment (desizing/scouring/bleaching): Recommended dosage 1~3 g/L, used in combination with alkali agents and oxidants at a temperature of 80~100°C. Can shorten processing time by 15%~30% and improve whiteness and capillary effect.

3. Leather soaking and degreasing: Recommended dosage 0.3~0.5% (based on leather weight), used at room temperature to 40°C to accelerate softening of dry leather and emulsification and removal of natural oils.

4. Paper pulping penetration and deinking: Recommended dosage 0.05~0.2% (based on pulp), promotes penetration of cooking liquor and increases pulp yield; used in waste paper deinking with deinking agent to improve ink removal efficiency.

5. High temperature metal cleaning: Recommended dosage 0.5~2.0%, used in combination with alkaline or acidic cleaning agents at 60~90°C, effectively removes oil, carbon deposits, and rust scale.

6. Pesticide penetration enhancer: Recommended addition amount 0.1~0.5% (relative to spray solution), significantly reduces surface tension to 28~32 mN/m, enhancing wetting, spreading, and penetration absorption of the spray solution.

  • Wastewater must be treated to meet standards before discharge; do not discharge directly into water bodies
