Personal Protection Requirements
- Eye protection: Mandatory wearing of chemical safety glasses; add face shield when there is risk of splashing during transfer or sampling.
- Hand protection: Wear chemical protective gloves made of nitrile rubber or neoprene.
- Body protection: Wear long-sleeved work clothes and chemical protective boots, and wear impermeable apron if necessary.
- Respiratory protection: When ventilation is insufficient or high-temperature operation generates vapor, wear a self-priming filter-type gas mask or supplied-air respirator.
- Thoroughly wash hands after work; contaminated work clothes must be washed before reuse.
Operation Specifications
- Keep the work area well ventilated; during high-temperature operation, it is recommended to install local exhaust ventilation.
- Strictly prohibited from eating, drinking, or smoking in the workplace.
- Use explosion-proof pumps, valves, and ventilation equipment; take measures to prevent static electricity accumulation.
- Handle the product gently to avoid splashing.
- Before opening a high-temperature container, depressurize and confirm the temperature to prevent hot material from splashing and causing burns.
- Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with product characteristics and safe operating procedures.
Incompatibilities and Compatibility
- Strictly avoid contact with strong oxidizers to prevent violent reactions.
- Keep away from strong acids and strong bases.
- Packaging containers should be made of stainless steel, polyethylene, or carbon steel lined with epoxy resin.
- Avoid using aluminum alloy containers, as they are easily corroded by the penetrant.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated dedicated warehouse, keep containers tightly closed.
- Keep away from fire sources, heat sources, and incompatible materials.
- Avoid long-term storage in extremely low temperature environments (to prevent increased viscosity or stratification), and avoid direct sunlight and proximity to high-temperature heat sources.
- Strictly follow the "first-in, first-out" management principle.
- The storage area should be equipped with dikes and other emergency spill containment facilities, and the ground should be impermeable.
Emergency Response Key Points
- Skin contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing, rinse with plenty of water and soap for at least 15 minutes; if irritation persists, seek medical attention.
- Eye contact: Hold eyelids open, rinse thoroughly with running water or saline for at least 15 minutes; after rinsing, seek medical attention immediately (do not use drugs to neutralize).
- Inhalation: Quickly move to fresh air, keep airway clear; give oxygen if breathing is difficult, if breathing stops immediately perform artificial respiration and seek medical attention.
- Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting; if conscious, rinse mouth with water and drink a small amount of water to dilute; seek medical attention immediately and show the product's instruction sheet.
- Spill handling: Contain and absorb with inert non-combustible materials such as sand, vermiculite; place in sealed containers; do not discharge into drains or water bodies.
- Firefighting: Use dry powder, carbon dioxide, water fog, alcohol-resistant foam; combustion may produce CO, CO₂, and irritating organic fumes; firefighters must wear self-contained positive pressure respirators.
Important Notes
This product is strictly prohibited for use in food, pharmaceuticals, or areas involving direct contact with the human body. Undiluted or unneutralized product should not be discharged into water bodies or soil. When the product is at high temperature, its vapor may form a flammable mixture with air, so vigilance is required.
