However, in actual production, deviations in process conditions, improper storage, or formulation compatibility issues may cause anomalies. Process effect issues: such as decreased penetration, uneven treatment, or staining. Please check the following aspects first: ① Whether the alkali concentration of the bath exceeds the product's tolerance range; ② Whether the bath temperature is too high or too low (the product's cloud point >100°C, 1% aqueous solution, good high-temperature resistance); ③ Whether the pH of the working solution is within a reasonable range (1% aqueous solution pH 5.0~7.0); ④ Whether hard water causes calcium soap precipitation interference (the product has hard water tolerance, but extreme hardness still requires attention); ⑤ Whether the addition sequence is reasonable (it is recommended to dissolve OEP-70 first before adding alkali agents).
Abnormal product state: If stratification, turbidity, or significant changes in fluidity occur, check whether the storage temperature is within the range of 5~40°C. This product has certain hygroscopicity, and unsealed containers may cause moisture absorption affecting quality. If freezing has occurred, the product may stratify. It is recommended to allow natural recovery at 15~25°C, stir thoroughly, then sample and test before batch use after confirming performance.
Safety and health issues: In case of skin contact or eye contact, perform emergency treatment immediately according to the product safety instructions - for skin contact, rinse with plenty of water and soap for at least 15 minutes; for eye contact, rinse with running water or saline continuously for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Do not induce vomiting, rinse mouth and seek medical attention immediately, and show the product label or safety data sheet.
