Product Overview

OPE-108 (OPEP-108) is a nonylphenol ethoxylate phosphate ester with higher ethoxylation degree, an anionic surfactant offering enhanced emulsifying, solubilizing and antistatic functions. Used in pesticide, textile and metalworking fluid applications.

Performance Features

  • Higher EO content: Improved water solubility compared to OPE-105.
  • Enhanced emulsification: Forms finer and more stable emulsions.
  • Good antistatic: Effective static charge dissipation.

Packaging and Storage

50kg plastic drum, 200kg plastic drum, IBC tote.

Phosphate Ester / Penetrant Applications

  • Textile pretreatment: High-alkali mercerizing and scouring. Dosage: 1-3g/L in NaOH solutions.
  • Continuous pretreatment: Pad-steam processes for desizing, scouring and bleaching.
  • Pesticide formulations: Emulsifier and wetting agent.
  • Metalworking fluids: EP lubricant and anti-corrosion additive.
