Emulsifier A-105 (nonylphenol polyoxyethylene (10) ether, CAS: 9004-96-0) is an excellent nonionic surfactant. The synergistic effect of ether bonds and hydroxyl groups in its molecular structure endows the product with high-efficiency emulsifying, wetting, dispersing, and detergency capabilities. It exhibits good tolerance to acidic/alkaline media and hard water environments and can be used in combination with anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants.

When used as the main emulsifier in pesticide formulations, adjust the dosage according to the oil phase type; generally add 5% to 15% of the total formulation. In metalworking fluids, it can be compounded with other additives, with a recommended dosage of 3% to 10%. The optimal ratio should be verified through small-scale tests in actual use. This product is resistant to acid, alkali, and hard water, and can maintain stable performance under a wide pH range and high hardness water conditions.
