1. Abnormal product state: MOA-9 is a colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid or white paste at room temperature. If the product shows obvious layering, increased turbidity, or significant darkening of color, it may be due to improper storage temperature. Storage temperature should be maintained within the normal range, avoiding extreme high temperatures or freezing to prevent structural changes in the product.
