PEG200MO is a non-ionic surfactant produced by esterification of polyethylene glycol with natural oleic acid. Its open cup flash point is greater than 200°C, so it is not classified as a flammable liquid. According to the UN GHS classification standard, this product does not fall under the category of dangerous chemicals and does not require hazard pictograms or signal words. Under normal use conditions, it has no significant hazards to human health or the environment, but contact with skin or eyes may cause mild, reversible irritation.
As the product has certain hygroscopicity, the container should be kept sealed during actual operation and avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity environments. In addition, although the product is not flammable, it is still recommended to keep away from open flames and high temperature heat sources. Using explosion-proof equipment for stirring or conveying can effectively prevent potential electrostatic accumulation risks. After operation, hands and exposed skin should be thoroughly washed, and work clothes should be regularly cleaned and stored separately.
In case of leakage, inert absorbent materials (such as sand, vermiculite, or universal absorbent) should be used to cover and adsorb the leaked liquid. Collect it in a labeled container for disposal as chemical waste. Do not discharge directly into drains or environmental waters.

Skin contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and soap. If irritation persists or worsens, seek medical advice.
Eye contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of running water or saline solution for at least 15 minutes, while holding the eyelids open to ensure thorough cleaning. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention.
Inhalation: Move affected person to fresh air and keep breathing unobstructed. If persistent discomfort or difficulty breathing occurs, seek immediate medical attention.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately contact a poison control center or medical professional. If spontaneous vomiting occurs, prevent vomit from entering the respiratory tract.
Suitable extinguishing media: water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry powder extinguisher, or carbon dioxide. Firefighters should wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full-body protective clothing. Combustion may produce carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and small amounts of irritating vapors. Containers near the fire should be cooled with water spray.
The acute oral toxicity LD₅₀ (rat) of this product is >5000 mg/kg, belonging to low toxicity category; acute dermal toxicity is low. Although safety is high, eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the workplace. Empty containers may contain product residue; do not use them to hold other materials until thoroughly cleaned.
