PEG600DO (Polyethylene Glycol 600 Dioleate) is a nonionic surfactant. The synergistic effect of the hydrophilic polyethylene glycol chain segment and the lipophilic oleic acid group in its molecule endows it with excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, and lubricating properties, and it has good compatibility with anionic, cationic, and nonionic systems.
The following application information is compiled based on the product technical data of Haian Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd. and general industry practices.
| Industry | Process/Application | Functional Role |
|---|---|---|
| Cosmetics and Personal Care | Emulsification process for creams, lotions, makeup removers, sunscreens, and facial cleansers | Primary or auxiliary emulsifier, providing fine texture and moisturizing skin feel |
| Textile Industry | Chemical fiber spinning oil, finishing auxiliaries, antistatic treatment | Imparts smoothness and cohesion to fibers, reduces breakage rate, and minimizes static buildup |
| Metalworking Fluids | Emulsified cutting fluids, grinding fluids, rolling oil formulations | Dual function of emulsification and lubrication, improves machining accuracy and surface finish, extends tool life |
| Agrochemicals | Preparation and dilution of pesticide emulsifiable concentrates, microemulsions, and emulsions in water | Efficient emulsifying component, ensuring uniform dispersion, spreading, and penetration of the spray liquid |
| Industrial Cleaning | Degreasers, hard surface cleaner formulations | Emulsifies and removes mineral oils and fats, with low foaming properties and anti-rust protection |
