OP-10 Octylphenol Ethoxylate is a high-HLB nonionic surfactant, an excellent O/W emulsifier, detergent and wetting agent. Widely used in textile processing, industrial cleaning, pesticide, leather and papermaking industries. Appears as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid, readily soluble in water.

  3. Pesticide Formulations: 4%-12% as primary or co-emulsifier.
  4. Leather Processing: 1%-5% in degreasing and wetting agents.

OP Series Applications

  • Textile pretreatment: Wetting, scouring and penetrating agent. Dosage: 0.5-3g/L.
  • Pesticide formulations: Emulsifier in EC and EW. Dosage: 3%-12%.
  • Industrial cleaning: Metal degreaser and hard surface cleaner. Dosage: 2%-10%.
  • Leather processing: Degreasing and wetting agent.
  • Emulsion polymerization: Stabilizer and co-emulsifier.
