Product Overview

Alkali-resistant Penetrant AEP is an amino ethyl phosphonate type penetrant with excellent alkali and high-temperature resistance. It provides powerful wetting and penetrating for severe scouring and bleaching processes in textile pretreatment.

Performance Features

  • Amino phosphonate structure: Exceptional chemical stability in extreme alkali conditions.
  • High-temperature resistance: Functions effectively at elevated pretreatment temperatures.
  • Strong penetration: Deep penetration into tightly constructed fabrics.

Packaging and Storage

50kg plastic drum, 200kg plastic drum, IBC tote.

Phosphate Ester / Penetrant Applications

  • Textile pretreatment: High-alkali mercerizing and scouring. Dosage: 1-3g/L in NaOH solutions.
  • Continuous pretreatment: Pad-steam processes for desizing, scouring and bleaching.
  • Pesticide formulations: Emulsifier and wetting agent.
  • Metalworking fluids: EP lubricant and anti-corrosion additive.
