Operators must be specially trained and strictly follow operating procedures. Work should be carried out in a well-ventilated area; if ventilation is insufficient, appropriate respiratory protective equipment must be worn. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn during operation, including chemical safety goggles, chemical-resistant protective gloves and protective clothing, to avoid direct contact with eyes, skin or clothing, and to avoid inhalation of vapors or aerosols.
After operation, hands and other exposed skin areas must be thoroughly washed. Contaminated clothing must not be taken out of the workplace. Eating, drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited at the work site.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated dedicated warehouse, away from heat sources, sparks and open flames. Use closed containers with anti-corrosion lining to ensure the containers are tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and contamination. The recommended storage temperature is 5°C to 40°C, avoiding freezing or prolonged exposure to excessively high temperatures.
Store separately from incompatible substances such as strong oxidizers, strong bases and strong acids; avoid mixed contact that may cause hazards. The storage area should be equipped with spill emergency response equipment and appropriate fire extinguishing equipment.
| Contact Type | Emergency Treatment Method |
|---|---|
| Skin Contact | Immediately remove contaminated clothing, rinse the affected area with plenty of water and soap for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists or worsens, seek medical attention immediately. |
| Eye Contact | Immediately open eyelids and rinse thoroughly and gently with running water or saline for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention promptly. |
| Inhalation | Move quickly to fresh air and maintain an open airway. If breathing is difficult, administer oxygen; if breathing stops, immediately perform artificial respiration. Seek medical attention promptly. |
| Ingestion | Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Do NOT induce vomiting to avoid secondary injury. If the person is unconscious, do not give anything by mouth. Seek immediate medical assistance. |
| Spill Handling | Isolate the spill area and restrict unnecessary personnel from entering. Small spills: cover and collect with inert absorbent material (e.g., dry sand, vermiculite). Large spills: construct dikes or dig pits to contain, use explosion-proof pumps to transfer to a dedicated collector. It is strictly forbidden to discharge the spill directly into sewers, soil or any water bodies. |
| Fire Response | Use dry powder, carbon dioxide, alcohol-resistant foam or water spray for firefighting. Firefighters must wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing. |
