Concise Guide to Using Detergent AR-812

Textile Dyeing and Printing — Pretreatment Scouring and Soaping

After pretreatment processes such as desizing, scouring, and bleaching, directly add Detergent AR-812 into the water bath and stir evenly for use. Suitable for efficient scouring of cellulose fibers (cotton, linen) and polyester-cotton blended fabrics, effectively removing residual sizing agents, impurities, and decomposition products. Also applicable in the soaping stage after dyeing and printing, quickly stripping unfixed floating dyes to improve color fastness.

Industrial Cleaning — Metal Degreasing and Hard Surface Cleaning

For degreasing and degreasing metal parts, prepare an aqueous solution of Detergent AR-812 and use methods such as immersion, spraying, or ultrasonic cleaning. Its strong penetrating power (standard canvas sheet ≤10 seconds) quickly emulsifies cutting fluids, rust-proof oils, and greases. For heavy oil stains on hard surfaces such as machinery casings and floors, it can be directly sprayed or wiped, with outstanding penetration and emulsification capability, thoroughly removing oil.

Papermaking Industry — Felt Cleaning and Maintenance

For online or offline washing of papermaking felts, prepare a cleaning solution with Detergent AR-812 and remove accumulated resin, stickies, and fine fibers from the felt through spraying or soaking to restore felt breathability.

Key Process Parameter Confirmation

The following parameters are based on product characteristics for reference in process debugging:

  • Dissolution Method: Easily soluble in water, directly add and stir evenly, no pre-dissolution required
  • Working pH Range: 5.0~7.0 (measured in 1% aqueous solution), tolerant to dilute alkaline environments
  • Temperature Adaptability: Cloud point 65~70℃ (1% aqueous solution), note the cloud point limitation for high-temperature processes (>70℃)
  • Low-Temperature Fluidity: Pour point < -10℃, can be directly metered and used in winter
  • Compatibility: Nonionic, can be compounded with anionic, cationic, and other nonionic auxiliaries

⚠ Specific dosages (g/L), bath ratio, treatment time, and other process parameters are not yet included in the database and need to be determined by small-scale tests based on actual working conditions. Suggested initial dosage reference range is 1~5 g/L (conventional scouring), which can be appropriately increased for heavy oil stain conditions.
