Detailed Description

Detergent AR-812 (CAS No.: 9036-19-5) is a highly active nonionic surfactant produced by Guoli Chemical, with an effective content ≥97%, easily soluble in water, HLB value of 13.0, cloud point of 65~70°C (1% aqueous solution), and good penetration, emulsification, and dispersion capabilities. Users can directly add it into water and stir evenly for different application scenarios. The operation is simple. The product is a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid at room temperature, with good low-temperature fluidity, easy to measure and add.

The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of this product is only 0.1~0.2 g/L (25°C), surface tension 27~29 mN/m (1% aqueous solution, 25°C), penetration force ≤10 seconds (standard canvas piece), showing excellent wetting and penetration performance. The foam characteristics are medium foam with moderate stability, not prone to excessive foam problems in industrial cleaning. It has strong alkali resistance, stable in dilute alkaline solutions, and can be widely used in textile printing and dyeing, metal processing, industrial cleaning, papermaking, and other fields.

Textile Printing and Dyeing Field

  • Pretreatment scouring (after desizing/scouring/bleaching): Recommended dosage 1.0~3.0 g/L, bath ratio 1:10~1:20, temperature 40~60°C, treatment time 20~30 minutes, can efficiently remove residual sizing and impurities.
  • Soaping after dyeing and printing (to remove unfixed dyes): Recommended dosage 1.0~2.0 g/L, bath ratio 1:10~1:30, temperature 60~80°C (adjust according to dye type), treatment 15~20 minutes, effectively remove unfixed dyes and improve color fastness.
  • Scouring and deoiling of synthetic fibers: Recommended dosage 2.0~4.0 g/L, temperature 50~70°C, can quickly emulsify and remove spinning oils and weaving oils.

Industrial Cleaning Field
