Handling Precautions
- Operators should receive specialized training and strictly follow the operating procedures.
- Use in a well-ventilated area to avoid formation of aerosols and inhalation.
- Wear chemical safety goggles, nitrile or neoprene rubber protective gloves, and appropriate protective clothing to avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact that may cause defatting and dryness.
- The workplace should be equipped with safety showers and eyewash stations.
- Thoroughly wash hands and exposed skin after handling; do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.
- Avoid contact with strong oxidizers to prevent violent reactions.
Storage Precautions
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources, heat sources, and incompatible materials.
- Keep containers tightly closed; recommended storage temperature 5°C ~ 40°C.
- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent product deterioration or container damage.
- Store separately from strong acids and strong oxidizers; do not mix storage.
- Equip the storage area with spill containment and emergency response equipment.
Emergency Response Points
- Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse with soap and plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes.
- Eye contact: Lift eyelids and flush thoroughly with clean water or saline for at least 15 minutes; seek medical attention if irritation persists.
- Inhalation: Move quickly to fresh air and keep airway clear.
- Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting, seek immediate medical attention and show product container or label.
- Spillage: For small spills, absorb with inert absorbent material (sand, vermiculite) and collect in a sealed container; for large spills, dike to prevent entry into drains or natural waters.
Special Notes
Although the product has low toxicity (LD₅₀ > 5000 mg/kg) and is non-irritating to skin and eyes, unnecessary contact should still be avoided. Biodegradability ≥ 90%, APEO-free, compliant with international environmental regulations.
