Detergent AR-812 (also known as: Detergent AR812, Triton X-100, Polyethylene glycol monooctylphenyl ether) is a high-performance nonionic surfactant produced by Haian County Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd. Its main chemical component is octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, with CAS number 9036-19-5, appearing as a colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid. This product, based on fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, possesses strong wetting and penetrating capabilities as well as emulsifying and dispersing abilities, enabling rapid penetration into fibers or micro-gaps and efficient removal of oil stains, loose colors, and solid impurities.

As a nonionic surfactant, Detergent AR-812 exhibits outstanding chemical stability. It maintains stable performance under acidic, alkaline, and hard water conditions, with a wide range of process adaptability. Additionally, this product has good compatibility and can be flexibly compounded with anionic, cationic, and other nonionic auxiliaries. It features good low-temperature fluidity, convenient use, easy metering and addition, with an effective content of up to 97%.

Application Recommendations

Textile Printing and Dyeing Field:

  • Cellulosic fiber and blended fabric cleaning: Use after pretreatment processes such as desizing, scouring, and bleaching, recommended dosage 0.5~3 g\/L of working solution, effectively removing residual size and impurities.
  • Soaping of dyed and printed fabrics: Suitable for soaping after dyeing and printing with reactive dyes, disperse dyes, and vat dyes, recommended dosage 1~2 g\/L, effectively removing unfixed dyes and significantly improving color fastness.
  • Synthetic fiber scouring and deoiling: For scouring synthetic fiber fabrics, recommended dosage 0.5~2 g\/L, quickly emulsifying spinning oils and weaving oils.

Industrial Cleaning Field:

  • Degreasing and defatting of metal parts: For surface cleaning of workpieces, stampings, and precision parts, recommended to prepare a 2~5% working solution, usable with ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
  • Heavy oil stain cleaning on hard surfaces: Suitable for cleaning machinery housings, floors, and other hard surfaces, recommended dilution ratio 1:10~1:30.
