Peregal O-3 (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (3) ether) is a nonionic surfactant. The core principle of its storage conditions is to prevent moisture absorption, oxidation and heat deterioration. The product should be stored at ambient temperature, away from extreme temperature environments, and always ensure that the packaging container is tightly sealed to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering and affecting product quality.
In terms of safety, the storage area must be strictly isolated from incompatible substances such as strong oxidizers, strong acids, strong alkalis, and kept away from heat sources, sparks and open flames. Although Peregal O-3 itself is not highly flammable, it may release irritating or toxic fumes under fire conditions, so the storage area should have basic fire prevention measures.
Under the conditions meeting the above storage specifications, the shelf life of Peregal O-3 is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Users are advised to follow the first-in-first-out inventory management principle, regularly check container sealing and product appearance to ensure stable and reliable product performance before use.
| Storage Element | Specific Requirements |
|---|---|
| Container Status | Keep container tightly closed to prevent moisture absorption and foreign matter entry |
| Ambient Temperature | Store at ambient temperature, avoid extreme high or low temperatures |
| Ambient Humidity | Dry, avoid moisture |
| Ventilation | Well-ventilated |
| Light Exposure | Avoid direct sunlight |
| Heat Source Control | Keep away from heat sources, sparks and open flames |
| Segregation Requirements | Store isolated from incompatible substances such as strong oxidizers, strong acids, strong alkalis |
| Packaging Form | Clean iron drums, IBC totes or special flexitanks |
| Shelf Life | 24 months (from the date of manufacture) |
In actual use, it is recommended to use the product as soon as possible after opening. If it cannot be used up at one time, it should be resealed and check that the cap is tightly closed. For large packages (such as IBC totes), it is recommended to equip dedicated transfer pumps or dispensing tools to avoid cross-contamination. In low temperature winter environments, Peregal O-3 may appear as a paste-like solid or undergo stratification. This is a normal physical change. Before use, place it in a warm environment to naturally return to a liquid state and stir evenly, which does not affect product performance and effectiveness.
