The product appears as colorless to light yellow liquid or paste, with a melting point range of 35~40°C, so it may be in paste form under low temperature conditions in winter, which is a normal physical phenomenon. Its ionic type is nonionic, with the lipophilic group dominating, HLB value only 6.5~8.5, and it does not dissolve in water but is in a dispersed state, which is highly consistent with its positioning as a water-in-oil (W\/O) emulsifier.
