If the emulsifying effect is not ideal, first confirm whether the oil-water ratio matches this HLB value range; second, check whether the water hardness is too high (although this product is resistant to hard water, extreme conditions still require attention); it is recommended to compound with anionic surfactants to produce a synergistic effect and improve emulsification stability.
3. Unsatisfactory leveling effect (color spots, color difference): In textile dyeing and printing, the recommended dosage is 0.2–1.0 g/L. If color spots occur, check whether the dye bath temperature is appropriate, whether the addition amount of Peregal O-25 is sufficient, and whether it is added at the beginning of dyeing.
