Peregal O-50/100 belongs to the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO) series of nonionic surfactants, with the chemical name polyethylene glycol fatty alcohol ether, CAS number 68439-49-6. This product is synthesized by the addition polymerization of natural fatty alcohols (C₁₆~C₁₈) with ethylene oxide (EO): when the EO addition number is about 50, it corresponds to Peregal O-50; when about 100, it corresponds to Peregal O-100. O-50 is a white to slightly yellow waxy solid, easily soluble in hot water and dispersible in cold water; O-100 is a white to slightly yellow flake or granular solid, easily soluble in water to form a clear solution.
The core advantage of this product lies in its extremely long polyoxyethylene chain segment, which endows the product with very high hydrophilicity and excellent spatial stability. With an HLB value as high as 16.5~18.5, Peregal O-50/100 can produce emulsions and dispersion systems with fine particle size and excellent stability. At the same time, the product has excellent electrolyte and hard water resistance, maintaining stable performance in a wide pH range and under high concentration salt and hard water conditions, outperforming most conventional nonionic surfactants. In addition, the product has extremely low foaming properties, almost foamless, making it particularly suitable for industrial operations requiring strict foam control, such as circulating pumping and jet cleaning.
As a safe and environmentally friendly green chemical product, Peregal O-50/100 is non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, and has excellent biodegradability. It is well compatible with anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants, producing synergistic effects through the formation of mixed micelles to enhance the cost-effectiveness of the overall formulation. The product is manufactured by Hai'an Guoli Chemical Co., Ltd., adhering to strict quality standards, with an active content of ≥99%, free alcohol ≤2%, and all indicators reaching industry-leading levels.

The application fields of Peregal O-50/100 are extremely wide, covering the following seven core industries:
1. Textile Printing and Dyeing: Due to its high HLB value and cloud point, Peregal O-100 exhibits excellent leveling performance in high-temperature dyeing of polyester and acrylic fibers, effectively preventing color spots; Peregal O-50 is more suitable for medium-temperature blended fabric dyeing and scouring and penetrating treatment of cotton fabrics.
