Product Overview

Super Penetrant JFC-E is a highly effective sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate (DOSS) anionic penetrant with ultra-fast wetting and deep penetration at very low concentrations. Especially suitable for high-density fabric processing and heavy-duty industrial degreasing.

Performance Features

  • Ultra-fast wetting: Instantaneous wetting even at 0.1% concentration.
  • Deep penetration: Effectively penetrates tightly woven and high-density materials.
  • Low dosage effective: Excellent performance at 0.05%-0.5% use levels.
  • Water soluble: Easy to incorporate into aqueous processing baths.

Application Guidelines

  1. Textile Processing: 0.1-1g/L in pretreatment and dyeing.
  2. Industrial Degreasing: 0.5%-3% in heavy-duty cleaning formulations.

Packaging and Storage

50kg plastic drum, 200kg plastic drum, IBC tote.

Penetrant/JFC Applications

  • Textile pretreatment: Desizing, scouring, bleaching and mercerizing. Dosage: 0.5-3g/L.
  • Leather processing: Soaking, degreasing and wetting. Dosage: 0.5%-3%.
  • Pesticide adjuvant: Wetter-spreader for spray solutions. Dosage: 0.1%-0.5%.
  • Industrial cleaning: Hard surface and metal degreasing. Dosage: 1%-5%.
